These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of meridians.law (the “Site”), operated by Meridians Estate Planning, P.C. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
No legal advice; no attorney-client relationship. The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Using the Site, submitting the consultation form, or communicating with us through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when we and a client sign a written engagement agreement.
Use of the Site. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any forms or features. Information you submit must be accurate and your own.
Intellectual property. The Site’s content, design, logos, and materials are owned by Meridians Estate Planning, P.C. or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridians Estate Planning, P.C. is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
Changes. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date here.
