Meridians Estate Planning, P.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit meridians.law (the “Site”) or contact us.

When you submit our consultation form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the reason you are contacting us, general information about your family, and any additional details you enter in the free-text field. We may also automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web server logs and any analytics tools we use [e.g., Google Analytics].

How we use your information. We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, provide our services, and communicate with you about your matter. We use technical information to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

How we share information. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our practice and Site, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights. Communications regarding legal services may also be protected by attorney-client privilege where an engagement is established.

Data retention and security. We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal and professional obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
